Our work focuses on being at the forefront of developing the way services are provided as well as ensuring the outcomes required are delivered in a sustainable way. We seek to maximise both efficiency and effectiveness against core objectives in the areas of development management, Local Development Frameworks, e-planning, a range of aspects of sustainability in relation to planning, and sustainable transport through travel planning.
We undertake – research through to action planning, implementation and capacity building within the organisation, evaluation, facilitation, consultation, mediation, strategy development, development of guidance and project management.
Our past projects cover the fields of planning, sustainable transport, street scene, walking and environmental issues and such aspects as public sector management, the management of change, value for money, the preparation of reports and guides, advice, evaluation, presentations, leading consultation, workshops and questionnaire design and analysis.
