Client East of England Regional Assembly (EERA)
Addison & Associates have joined with Arup to produce an interim statement which will be based on a review and up-date of the current Regional Housing Strategy; the objective being to provide continuity beyond 2010 to feed into the review of the East of England Plan, and ultimately the Single Regional Strategy.
The interim statement set out a range of priorities for the short term in the context of recession and low housing demand, it also took a longer view and plan for the market recovery and underlying demand in relation to the main themes and their spatial differentiation. Our role was to facilitate the stakeholder discussions and workshops.
