&lt;p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Alison Blom-Cooper has wide ranging experience of planning projects and the management of planning services, having worked in local government and the private sector.  She has undertaken interim management for planning and regulatory functions; spent 15 years investigating complaints for the Local Government Ombudsman and 5 years as a consultant planning inspector determining appeals for the Planning Inspectorate.   &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Since joining Addison &amp;amp; Associates in 2002 she has worked on a number of projects for the ODPM/CLG including the review of planning fees, evaluation of the planning delivery grant, a review of performance on major applications and formulation of best practice guidance on the validation process.  Work has also been undertaken for individual local authorities e.g. review of compliance monitoring, enforcement policy, drafting planning protocols and reviewing decision making structures.  Recent work for the Planning Advisory Service has included delivering the LDF Diagnostic process and managing the BVPI 109a diagnostic programme.  Alison is an experience facilitator, trainer and speaker and has worked on regional seminar series and a development management seminar series and undertaken a wide range of member training.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anna Addison has worked with Addison &amp;amp; Associates for 9 years. She input to the initial ‘Using the planning process to secure travel plans’ survey undertaking analysis and evaluation as well as data input, and to the subsequent residential travel plan guide desk top analysis. She is currently working on updating ‘Using the planning process to secure travel plans’ undertaking surveys, analysing data and carrying out case study visits. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anna has undertaken desk top research for a number of other projects including a number in the transport and environment field particularly focusing on issues of sustainability. She has considerable knowledge of the literature on sustainable transport and is currently working on a travel plan for a local school. &lt;p&gt;Christine Sarris is a senior planning consultant.  She recently joined us from the Government Office East Midlands.  Christine has been guiding authorities in Northamptonshire to look at new ways of working effectively.  This led to the establishment of the first Joint Planning Committee in the country.  She has since been working with North Northamptonshire to deliver a joint core strategy and further joint working in West Northamptonshire.   This work has influenced the national approach by CLG in encouraging local authorities to work together.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Christine has closely liaised with local authorities and agencies to look at water and highway infrastructure phasing against housing trajectories.  She has encouraged key partners to work together to identify funding for infrastructure and to put in place a delivery plan as part of core strategy.   Christine is very focused on finding ways to enable sustainable development and has been responsible for reviewing the performance of local authorities in both forward planning and development management.  She has spent several years as a team leader managing city centre development in Leicester and Nottingham. &lt;br class=&quot;webkit-block-placeholder&quot; /&gt;

She has substantial experience of initiating and evolving collaborative working arrangements in practice both within local authorities and with public and private sector partners on a wide range of issues and strategies.  She is leading the current LDF diagnostic evaluation for PAS which has highlighted the gap in this area of visioning and collaborative work.  She has substantial experience of developing strategy and designing training modules not only through her work with PAS but also for ODPM and DfT as well as individual local authorities. Lynda is an experienced facilitator and been engaged by CLG, DfT and the PMDU amongst others to undertake this role particular in areas of potential controversy.&lt;/div&gt;
