Associate

Andrea Pellegram MRTPI joined Addison & Associates in February 2008 as an Associate.  Most recently Director of Development Services at Cotswold District Council, she has wide ranging experience various types of planning at all levels of local government.  She was Director responsible for teams in development control, building control, conservation and land charges at Cotswold District; led teams in development control and forward planning for waste and minerals at Surrey County Council; led port planning at the Port of London Authority and has worked in strategic planning in London  at the London Planning Advisory Committee and the  South East at SERPLAN.  

Her strengths are in bringing diverse stakeholders together to form agreed approaches, public consultation, business improvement and management, best practice, project management, planning training, target setting and monitoring, and she has a proven track record in planning policy delivery.  She is currently working extensively at the community level, delivering real benefits through third sector partnerships.  In addition to her training in town planning at Columbia University in New York, Andrea has a PhD in Social Anthropology from University College London.
